Every row has the same status: a party endorsement announced on the date of its source. Final submission, administrative acceptance and any later replacement have not been verified individually. Names are transliterated from Arabic; the original documents provide the source spelling.
Why the constituency matters
Marrakech includes Guéliz-Nakhil, Menara and Medina-Sidi Youssef Ben Ali. Casablanca has several constituencies, including Anfa, Aïn Chock and Ben M’Sick. Rabat-Océan and Rabat-Chellah are separate, as are Fez-North and Fez-South. A city-only list can assign a candidate to the wrong voter’s electoral area.
The cited party publications cover other constituencies, including Salé, Tétouan, Essaouira and southern provinces. PJD’s document also identifies regional list leaders. A regional nomination must not be presented as a local nomination in every city within that region.
Endorsement, filing and acceptance
Endorsement is the party’s selection. Mandatory online declarations close at noon on 8 September. Original files must then be delivered at the appointment specified on the receipt, no later than noon on 9 September.
The Interior Ministry says local files go to the relevant provincial, prefectural or district-prefectural authority, while regional files go to the regional wilaya. Campaign photographs or personal social-media announcements do not substitute for these steps.
What this tracker covers
Having two party lists here does not mean only two parties participate: the official portal reports 27. Further entries require the same documentation, with constituency, date and status. Absence from this selection is not evidence that someone is not standing.
To verify a change, look for a dated replacement announcement and the applicable administrative list. Keep the earlier announcement as history rather than silently combining versions. Our election timetable and campaign guide explain the remaining stages.
Frequently asked questions
Have all these candidates been finally accepted?
This page confirms published party endorsements, not final administrative acceptance. Its status labels reflect what was actually checked.
Why is a particular candidate missing?
This is a documented selection of constituencies from two party publications, not an exhaustive election list.
Does a party leader stand in every city?
No. A candidacy belongs to a specific list and constituency.
